Audierne Yachting had the idea of bringing the Maritime Museum of Cap Sizun out of its walls for a beautiful one-day getaway to meet maritime heritage at sea, two ports of heritage interest of Audierne and the island. de Sein, lighthouses and harbor shelters crossed at sea or on the island.

The boat
Our activity is subject to weather conditions.
To make this experience in the best conditions, we invite you to stay several days in Cap Sizun and to reserve your place in advance, preferably at the start of your stay in the event that we have to postpone your excursion.
If you need accommodation in a boat at the quay the day before your boarding, we can offer you, depending on availability, an unusual night at the quay in a double cabin, or an unusual and romantic (private) night aboard the Atlantis sailboat.

8:45 am - Audierne- Embarkation for the Ile de Sein and a Breton experience !
Agnès and Jacques Paul, President of the Maritime Museum of Cap Sizun welcome you on board.
9:00 a.m. - Before casting off, Jacques begins by telling you the story of the port of Audierne's fishing port ...
In Audierne bay, towards Pointe du Raz, he will tell you about the lighthouses, sheltered ports that we will cross along the coast, then the Vieille lighthouse which guards the Raz de Sein.
To the west, we can guess the Ile de Sein, one of the pearls of the Iroise Sea at the gates of the Marine Park where we will dock for a stopover of about 3 hours.
After lunch, you can meet Jacques at the foot of the Men Brial Lighthouse for a guided walking tour of the island to the Lighthouse of Sein, which you can climb. From above, a breathtaking panorama awaits your eyes ... then a free visit to one of the two museums on Île de Sein.
To extend this day in a friendly atmosphere, Jacques will invite you to meet him in the following days for a private visit of the Maritime Museum of Cap Sizun included. A short video tour .
